Ego, fear, anger aggression jealousy and other aspects compile one’s personality. Itis but natural emotions being present in every individual. But in any case they tend to increase and go beyond control and the
only way to bring them back to their normality is through yoga.
For instance a person suffering from yoga may practice Shashankasana. Shashank means ‘moon’ in Sanskrit- like wise this
asanahas a similar calming and cooling effect.
Most of us are not aware why we are afraid or scared of certain things. We at
times just cannot reason out our eerie feelings. The best way to remove these
instincts is to trace back its origin asking ourselves why is it or what is it
that gets us to this feeling of fear.
Physically there are two basic reasons for such fears
- When fear is experienced in the brain it passes on to the entire body via the nervous
systems. This prepares the body to fight by increasing the flow of
adrenalin.
The remedy for this is : Shashankasana, Antar mouna and Pranayama. These techniques will
help you root out the cause for your fear. They will help you realize that it is
only a forgotten experience and all the fears will vanish.
- Accumulation of fat in the nervous tissues and physical organs of the body.
